These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are drafted in conformity with the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 specified under the Information Technology Act, 2000 in order to regulate the terms and conditions of usage and access to the platform (as defined herein) and the Services (as defined herein).

(collectively referred to as the “Platform”) and the use of Services through such Platform. Usage of the Application shall also be subject to Play Store/App Store terms. You may use the Services only after accepting these Terms.

To accept these Terms, You must be 18 years or above. Entities must be legally registered to operate in India. Services are available only to persons capable of entering legally binding contracts under Indian law.

Train Ticket Assistance – Support for booking train tickets and travel planning to ensure smooth and hassle-free journeys.
Cab Booking Services – Local and outstation cab booking services for airport transfers, city travel, and intercity transportation.
Custom Travel Planning – Personalized travel planning services including itinerary design, accommodation assistance, and transportation arrangements based on traveler preferences.
Travel Support Services – Customer support and travel guidance to help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable travel experience.
4. Registration And Onboarding
To access Services, You must create an account. Required details may include:

Phone
PAN/Aadhaar (as permitted by law)
Business documents
You agree to provide accurate information.
Credentials issued to You must be kept confidential. Rupay Go is not liable for misuse due to credential compromise.
You authorize Rupay Go to verify identity and comply with legal obligations.

5. License To The Platform
Rupay Go grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform. No ownership rights are transferred.
6. Third Party Service Providers
Rupay Go works with travel partners, transportation providers, payment gateways, hotels, analytics providers, and hosting vendors. We are not liable for third-party actions, delays, service interruptions, cancellations, or failures.
7. Fees For Use Of Services
Service fees may apply. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Taxes such as GST will be charged additionally.
8. Availability Of Services
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to legal, geographic, technical, transportation, weather-related, or operational issues. Rupay Go is not liable for such interruptions.
9. Platform Content
All platform content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and materials belong to Rupay Go or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.
10. Platform Management
Rupay Go may monitor usage, restrict access, remove content, suspend accounts, and take legal action against violations of these Terms.
11. Third Party Applications
Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms and conditions. Rupay Go is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, availability, or policies of such third-party services.
12. User Representations
You confirm:
Legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
No illegal or unauthorized use of the Platform
No automated scraping or data extraction
Genuine travel bookings and transactions
Compliance with Indian laws and regulations
13. Travel Booking Services
Rupay Go acts as a facilitator for travel-related services including tour packages, transportation bookings, accommodations, and travel assistance. Actual services may be provided by third-party operators, hotels, transportation providers, or travel partners under their own terms and conditions.
14. Undertakings
You agree not to:
Commit fraud
Misuse personal data
Interfere with Platform security
Violate applicable laws
Submit false booking information
Misrepresent identities
Violations may lead to suspension or termination of Your account.
15. Specific Terms
Rupay Go is not responsible for:
Delays caused by transportation providers
Cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions
Disputes between travelers and third-party service providers
Incorrect information entered by users
Service failures attributable to third-party providers
16. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Scrape data
Bypass security measures
Upload malware or harmful code
Impersonate other users
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Compete with Rupay Go using Platform data

18. Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability
Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Rupay Go shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or Services.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rupay Go, Plutona Digitech Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from Your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
20. Force Majeure
Rupay Go shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including pandemics, natural disasters, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures.
21. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
