Rupay Go provides access to supported Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) services and related digital bill payment facilities, subject to its actual role and arrangements with applicable payment service providers and participating entities.

2. How We Use Your Information
We may use personal and transaction information to provide and manage BBPS services, retrieve bill details where supported, facilitate payment processing, verify transactions, communicate payment status, investigate failed or disputed transactions, handle refunds and reversals, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the Platform, maintain operational records, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
