Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) Services
1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Rupay Go website, https://rupaygo.co.in/, mobile application, and related services operated by Plutona Digitech Private Limited (“Rupay Go”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”), having its registered office at RK Supreme, Third Floor, 317, 150 Ring Road, Nana Mava Circle, Rajkot, Gujarat – 360005. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or using the Services, You (“User” or “You”) agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable laws and regulations of India. Users must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Description of BBPS Services
Rupay Go provides access to supported bill payment services through the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) ecosystem and its applicable service providers. Services may include electricity, water, gas, mobile postpaid, landline, broadband, DTH, credit card, loan repayment, insurance premium, FASTag, education fee, municipal tax, and other supported bill payments. The availability of billers and payment categories depends on participating service providers and applicable regulations. Rupay Go's role in providing these services will be limited to its actual contractual authorization and operational responsibilities.
3. Registration and User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering or using the Platform. You are responsible for entering the correct biller details, consumer number, account number, bill reference, and other information required to complete a payment. You must protect Your login credentials, passwords, PINs, and OTPs and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Rupay Go may undertake identity verification and other checks where required or permitted by applicable law. Account closure requests may be sent to rupaygoofficial@gmail.com, subject to pending transactions and legal requirements.
4. Payment Processing and Transaction Status
Payments are processed through applicable payment systems, banks, billers, and participating BBPS entities. A submitted payment request does not necessarily mean the transaction has been completed successfully. Transactions may be marked successful, pending, failed, or reversed depending on confirmation from the relevant systems. Users should verify the transaction status and retain their payment receipts and reference numbers. Rupay Go will facilitate transaction-status inquiries and appropriate escalations within its role and responsibilities.
5. Failed Transactions, Refunds and Reversals
If an amount is debited but the payment fails or remains unresolved, users may contact Rupay Go's customer support with the transaction reference and relevant details. Eligible failed transactions, reversals, refunds, and compensation will be handled according to applicable RBI directions, NPCI Bharat BillPay Limited requirements, and the relevant payment service provider's procedures. Successful payments may be subject to the biller's applicable refund and cancellation policies. Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, reversal, compensation, or other remedy required by law.
6. Fees, Charges and Service Availability
Applicable transaction fees, convenience fees, and taxes, including GST where applicable, will be disclosed before payment confirmation. Charges will be subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network failures, bank or biller downtime, or other operational circumstances. Rupay Go will take reasonable steps within its control to address service interruptions and assist users with reported issues.
7. Third-Party Providers and Liability
The Services may rely on banks, payment gateways, billers, authorized BBPS participants, and technology service providers. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies. Rupay Go will assist with issues falling within its responsibilities and facilitate escalation where appropriate. To the extent permitted by law, Rupay Go shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory customer protection and payment-system requirements.
8. Prohibited Activities and Platform Security
Users must not use the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized transactions, provide false information, impersonate others, misuse personal information, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, bypass security measures, or scrape Platform data without authorization. Users must comply with applicable Indian laws and payment-system requirements. Rupay Go may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, misuse, or legal violations, subject to applicable law.
9. Privacy, Intellectual Property and Termination
The use of the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy available at https://rupaygo.co.in/privacy. Personal and transaction information may be processed or shared with relevant service providers where necessary for payment processing, verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal compliance. Platform software, branding, logos, and other content belong to Rupay Go or their respective owners and may not be used without authorization. Rupay Go may amend these Terms, suspend services, or terminate access as permitted by law. Account closure does not extinguish pending transaction claims, refund rights, or statutory rights.
10. Grievance Redressal, Governing Law and Contact Details
For complaints relating to bill payments, transaction status, failed payments, refunds, or other Services, users may contact the designated grievance officer. Complaints will be handled according to applicable regulatory requirements and grievance procedures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory statutory remedies and regulatory jurisdiction, courts of competent jurisdiction in Rajkot, Gujarat, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
